Code Artisan is an IT company that develops and publishes:

5. Kids' Learning Applications

• Our kids' learning applications are designed to be safe and age-appropriate.
• We comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
• Our kids' applications do not contain targeted behavioral advertising.
• Parents or guardians are encouraged to supervise their children's use of our applications.
• We do not knowingly allow children to make purchases without parental consent.
• Educational content is provided for informational purposes and should not replace formal education or professional guidance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, game assets, character designs, and code — are the exclusive property of Code Artisan or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without prior written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

If our Services allow you to submit, post, or share content (such as reviews, feedback, or game scores):

• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
